At Elysian Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all Elysian Collective tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
