A sweet, easy-to-wear spring style, the Phoebe Mini Dress is a sleeveless design, featuring an under-bust cut-out and twist detail. The mini dress is finished with a rolled hem and bias-cut skirt.

FIT: designed for a form-fitting silhouette, slightly relaxed through skirt. Dress is accessed through invisible zipper and hook and eye closure at back, not bra friendly. Cotton blend fabric offers no stretch to the fit.
